H.A.L.O. empowers citizens to know and understand their rights, and to learn how to access information and resources to better solve health care issues and challenges.

Dr. Brown has been a health benefits advocate/educator for many years. As an experienced training consultant,
Dr. Brown is committed to educating and training families, dependents, seniors and individuals to know their rights.
Mr. Mohr is a licensed health insurance specialist
(CA Lic. #0F02087). He has extensive knowledge in health insurance services as well as senior benefits and health care in general and is extremely knowledgeable in Medicare benefits and Medicare supplements.
